Pete's Electric Reports

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of Pete's Electric Reports (the "Application"), an internal reporting tool developed and operated by Pete's Electric ("we", "us", or "our") that connects to our QuickBooks Online company file through the Intuit Developer platform. By using the Application you agree to the terms below.
The Application is a private tool for the exclusive use of Peter McKinnis and authorized representatives of companies he owns, including Pete's Electric. It is not licensed, sold, or made available to the general public. You may not use the Application unless you are Peter McKinnis or an authorized representative of a company he owns, and it may be used only to access QuickBooks Online data belonging to those companies. Any other use is unauthorized and prohibited.
Subject to this Agreement, Pete's Electric grants its authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for internal business purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Application except as permitted by applicable law.
Access to the Application is granted by Peter McKinnis or by management of a company he owns. Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activity conducted under their access. Access may be revoked at any time, including upon the end of employment or engagement with Pete's Electric.
All data accessed, processed, or produced by the Application, including data retrieved from QuickBooks Online, is and remains the property of Pete's Electric. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any ownership interest in that data to any user or third party. Use of the data is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Users agree not to use the Application to violate any law, to access data they are not authorized to view, to interfere with the operation of the Application or of QuickBooks Online, or to circumvent any security or access controls.
The Application relies on QuickBooks Online and the Intuit Developer platform, which are provided by Intuit Inc. under their own terms of service. Intuit Inc. is not a party to this Agreement, has no responsibility for the Application, and makes no warranties regarding it. Use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit's applicable terms.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Reports produced by the Application are for internal informational purposes and do not constitute accounting, tax, or legal advice.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PETE'S ELECTRIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Pete's Electric may suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time. Upon termination, the license granted here ends and users must cease all use of the Application. Sections 4, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may revise this Agreement from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when it was last updated. Continued use of the Application after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
